How should I reinforce the hole of my tags?

To make your tags more durable and effective in displaying their reason for being attached, most tags have their holes reinforced. This can prevent the tag from tearing off or even allow you to have repeated uses from each tag.

Standard reinforcement include a fiber patch or a metal eyelet. Which you choose can depend on the material of your tag or the use of the tag. If you want your tag really “bomb proof” you may choose to apply a patch and an eyelet. For a really clean look you can patch your tags with a coloured stock to match or contrast your tag.

We carry metal eyelets in 3/16″ and 3/8″ but for a fiber patch or mylar strip reinforced hole, or even for a hole without reinforcement, we can use a variety of custom hole sizes (additional costs may apply).

Can tags come with string
or wiring already on them?

Yes of course! All stock and custom printed tags can be ordered with stringing or wiring already done enabling them to be quickly attached and saving you time.
